Beim US Patent & Trademark Office hat der bekannte Film- und Musikproduzent Quincy Jones Widerspruch gegen die Anmeldung der Marke QUINCY (Serial Number: 78514366) der Disney Enterprises, Inc. eingelegt.
Die angegriffene Marke beansprucht Schutz in der Nizzaklasse 09 für Audio- und Videoaufnahmen und diverse Datenträger.
Weiterhin geht Jones auf Basis der Marke QWEST gegen diverse Anmeldungen der Qwest Communications International Inc. vor.
