Neue Fachanwaltschaften
Die Satzungsversammlung bei der Bundesrechtsanwaltskammer (BRAK) hat heute die Einführung des Fachanwalts für Urheber- und Medienrecht und des Fachanwalts für Informationstechnologierecht (IT-Recht) mit klaren Mehrheiten beschlossen.
