Die Tipp 24 AG aus Hamburg hat vor dem Schiedsgericht der World Intellectual Property Organization die Domain tipp24.com erstritten.
Die klagende Tipp 24 AG konnte sich auf ihre im Jahr 2000 beim Deutschen Patent- und Markenamt registrierte Marke TIPP24 stützen.
Gegen die Domaininhaberin tipp24 S.A. aus Miami, Florida sprach das Auftreten unter einer in den USA nicht existierenden Rechtsform.
Das Schiedsgericht ordnete die Übertragung der Domain an.
