Vor dem Schiedsgericht des National Arbitration Forums NAF hat die Nokia Corporation die Domain nokia-usa.com eingeklagt.
Die Marke NOKIA ist in den USA seit 1989 unter der Registernummer 1570492 eingetragen und wurde vom Inhaber der Domain nicht nur im Domainnamen, sondern auch auf der Website benutzt.
Das Schiedsgericht ordnete die Übertragung der Domain an.
