Otto Versand gewinnt Domains
Vor dem Schiedsgericht der World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) hat die Otto GmbH & Co. KG aus Hamburg die Domains ottoversand.ch und otto-versand.ch erstritten.
Otto betreibt unter dem kennzeichen Otto den bekannten Versand und hält seit 1996 eine entsprechende schweizerische Marke (Nr. P-423132).
Der beklagte Domaininhaber Zeljko Radovancevic aus der Schweiz gab im Verfahren keine Stellungnahme ab.
Das Schiedsgericht ordnete die Übertragung der Domains an.
