iPod mini – Streit um koreanische Kopie

Mac Essentials berichtet via Korea Times über den Konflikt zwischen Apple Korea und Iops.

Der fünftgrößte koreanische MP3-Hersteller Iops wird von Apple wegen Produktpiraterie unter juristischen Beschuß genommen, meldet die Korea Times. Die Iops-Modelle Jock und Z3 (Bild links) kopierten mit ihrem Design, ihren Farben, dem Screen-Layout und dem runden Kontrollknopf den iPod mini, so Apple in der Klageschrift.
