Vor dem Schiedsgericht des National Arbitration Forums NAF hat der United States Postal Service die Domains onlinepostalservices.com, postalservicestamps.com, uspsepostage.com, uspspostage.com, uspostalservicepostage.com, uspostalservicestamp.com, uspostalservicestamps.com, postofficewebsite.com, euspspostage.com und uspsstamps.net erstritten.
Der kanadische Inhaber der Domains gab im Verfahren keine Stellungnahme ab.

In den USA sind die Marken USPS und United States Postal Service bekannt, in Europa kennt man das Unternehmen eher als Sponsor des Radsportteams US Postal, für das Lance Armstrong siebenmal die Tour de France gewann.
