Shimano Inc. bremst Domaingrabber aus

Das japanische Unternehmen Shimano ist überwiegend als Produzent von Fahrradkomponenten, insbesondere von Brems- und Schaltungssystemen, weltweit ein Begriff.
Vor dem Schiedsgericht des NAF klagte Shimano Inc. jetzt gegen den Besitzer der Domainnamen shimano-tiagra.com, shimano-calcutta.com, shimano-baitrunner.com, shimano-curado.com, shimano-spheros.com, shimano-sedona.com, shimano-symetre.com, shimano-stradic.com, shimano-tekota.com, shimano-thunnus.com, shimano-torium.com und shimano-trinidad.com.

Neben der SHIMANO Marke besitzt das Unternehmen auch noch die Marken CALCUTTA, BAITRUNNER, CURADO, SPHEROS, SEDONA, SYMETRE, STRADIC, TEKOTA, THUNNUS, TORIUM und TRINIDAD, die durch Domains ebenfalls verletzt wurden.

Das Schiedsgericht ordnete die Übertragung der zwölf Domains an.
