US-Patent: Komination Domain- und Markenanmeldung
Intern.de berichtet über ein Patent, dass der Domainregistrar GoDaddy beim US Patentamt USPTO für eine Website beantragt hat.
Mit der Registrierung der Domain wird dort gleichzeitig ein Markeneintrag beim US-Patentamt beantragt.
Solche Späße soltte sich in Deutschland mal ein Domainregistrar einfallen lassen – Stichwort Rechtsberatungsgesetz!
