SPAR bekommt spar.com nicht

Der niederländische Einzelhandelskonzern Spar ist mit dem Versuch gescheitert die Domain spar.com vor dem WIPO Schiedsgericht zu erstreiten.
Spar konnte dem Domaininhaber Scientific Process & Research, Inc. aus New Jersey, trotz dessen Verkaufsofferte (1,2 Mio. USD) keine böswillige Registrierung und Nutzung der Domain nachweisen.
