OSRAM gewinnt osram.ro
Einen Erfolg konnte die OSRAM GmbH aus München vor dem WIPO Schiedsgericht verbuchen. Die Domain osram.ro der rumänischen web4COMM SRL aus Bukarest wurde an die klagende Inhaberin der OSRAM Markenrechte übertragen. (Fall Nr. DRO2005-0004).
The Complainant has traded under the name “OSRAM” since its foundation, having become the most relevant of its trademarks. As a matter of fact, the Complainant has registered more than 500 “OSRAM” trademarks and service marks in over 140 countries. Moreover, Complainant owns 77 international “OSRAM” trademarks which are effective in Romania.
