Bahn übernimmt Stinnes Marke

Die Deutsche Bahn AG hat die Wort-/Bildmarke STINNES (Registernummer: 984 193) übernommen.

Die Marke genießt mit Priorität vom 10.10.1978 Schutz in den Nizzaklassen 01, 02 und 04.

Bisherige Inhaberin des Markenrechts war die Stinnes AG aus Mülheim.
