WIPO: myspace.tv übertragen

Die MySpace, Inc. hat vor dem Schiedsgericht der World Intellectual Property Organization die Domain myspace.tv erstritten.

Die klageführende MySpace, Inc. kommte zur Untermauerung ihrers Anspruchs auf die Domain diverse auch internationale Markenrechte belegen. Vom in Bahrain ansässigen Domaininhaber wurde im Verfahren keine Stellungsnahme abgegeben.

Das Schiedsgericht ordnete die Übertragung der Domain an.
