Taiwanesisches Unternehmen will Schadensersatz von Apple

Weil Apple die tragbaren MP3-Player des taiwanesischen Unternehmens Luxpro Technologies für Plagiate seines iPod Shuffle hielt, lies der Computerhersteller die Produktion der Modelle „Super Tangent“, „Top Tangent“ und „EZ Tangent“ vor zwei Jahren per Gerichtsentscheid stoppen. Nun wurde das Vertriebsverbot aufgehoben und die asiatische Firma setzt zum Gegenschlag an.
