bayermonsanto.com – “netter” Versuch
Schon am Tag der ersten Übernahmegerüchte wurde die Domain “bayermonsanto.com” registriert, jedoch weder von der Bayer AG noch dem US-Konzern Monsanto. Vor dem WIPO-Schiedsgericht hat Bayer die Domain jetzt erstritten und die Übertragung erreicht.
