Einen guten Einstieg in die Thematik der Softwarepatente hat Legal-Patent, das Kanzleiblog der Patent- und Rechtsanwälte Dr. Meyer-Dulheuer, heute veröffentlicht.

Bereits seit Jahren sind Softwarepatente ein durchaus kontroverses Thema. Oft hört man, dass man in Deutschland überhaupt kein Patent auf Software erhalten könne. Wir erklären, was es im Detail damit auf sich hat.
