Mit dieser Frage hatte sich das Bundespatentgericht im Rahmen der Beschwerdesache 25 W (pat) 504/12 betreffend die Markenanmeldung 30 2010 051 813.6 zu befassen.
Die Antwort des BPatG lautet übrigens ja!
