EuGH weist 3D-Marke zurück

Der EuGH hat in der Rechtssache C‑96/11 P die Entscheidung des Gerichts der Europäischen Union und die Auffassung des HABM bestätigt und der angemeldeteten dreidimensionalen Marke

der August Storck KG die Unterscheidungskraft abgesprochen.
