Markenstreit um iPad in China – Apple geht in die Berufung
Apple fordert eine erneute Entscheidung im Streit um Markenrechte am iPad mit dem Monitor-Hersteller Proview. Am 5. Januar reichte der Konzern einen Berufungsantrag an ein höheres Gericht in der Provinz Guangdong ein.
