Regelgegenstandswert im Widerspruchsbeschwerdeverfahren
Im Widerspruchsbeschwerdeverfahren wird im Regelfall einer im Inland noch unbenutzten Marke ein Gegenstandswert in Höhe von 50.000 € für angemessen erachtet (Anschluss an BPatG PAVIS PROMA, 27 W (pat) 75/09, Beschluss vom 5. August 2008).
