Der Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg (RBB), Anstalt des öffentlichen Rechts hat die Wort-/Bildmarke Abendgruß (Registernummer: 30 2008 012 496) übernommen.

Mit Priorität vom 26.02.2008 genießt die Marke Schutz in den Klassen 09, 16 und 41.

Bisherige Inhaberin des Markenrechts war die B.T.M. GmbH Musikproduktion Verlag & Vertrieb mit Sitz in Berlin.
