WIPO: Sieg für Porsche

Vor dem Schiedsgericht der World Intellectual Property Organization WIPO hat die Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG aus Stuttgart die Domain ferdinandporsche.com erstritten.

Auf Basis der auch international registrierten und berühmten Marke PORSCHE ordnete das Schiedsgericht die Übertragung der Domain an.
