WIPO: Lindt gewinnt Domains

Vor dem Schiedsgericht der World Intellectual Property Organization WIPO hat die Chocoladefabriken Lindt & Sprüngli AG aus der Schweiz die Domains lindtchocolates.biz, lindtchocolates.info und lindttruffles.info erstritten.

Lindt konnte sich auf zahlreiche auch international registrierte Marken berufen.
