Die Marke genießt mit Priorität vom 05.05.1997 Schutz in den Nizzaklassen 03, 20, 21 und 41.
Bisherige Inhaber der Marke waren zwei Privatpersonen mit Wohnsitz in Frankreich.
Die Übertragung des Markenrechtes wurde vom Deutschen Patent- und Markenamt in der 22. Kalenderwoche veröffentlicht.
