UK: Patentamt wird umbenannt

Ab dem 2. April 2007 wird das UK Patent Office einen neuen Namen führen.

Die neue Bezeichnung lautet UK Intellectual Property Office (UK-IPO) und trägt der Tatsache Rechnung, dass das Amt eben nicht nur für Patente zuständig ist.

Im Zuge der Umbenennung muss natürlich auch das Logo angepasst werden:
