Kolumbien: Coca-Cola vs. Coca-Sek
Coca-Cola hat einen kolumbianischen Getränkehersteller abgemahnt, der die Bezeichnung “Coca” für seinen Energy Drink nutzt. David Curtidor hat sich mit seiner Firma Nasa Esh’s auf die Herstellung von Produkten aus den Blättern der Koka-Pflanze spezialisiert und stellt neben Kokawein, Kokatee und Kokakeksen seit dem Frühjahr auch das Energiegetränk „Coca-Sek“ her.
