IBM hat die Wortmarke ViPER (Registernummer: 396 28 091) übernommen.
Die Marke genießt mit Priorität vom 26.06.1996 Schutz in den Nizzaklassen 09, 37 und 42.
Bisherige Inhaberin war die Hahm Computer GmbH.
Die Übertragung wurde vom Deutschen Patent- und Markenamt in der 42. Kalenderwoche veröffentlicht.
