Der Veranstalter einer Ausstellung über Klaus Kinski hat das Recht, die Internetadresse „kinski-klaus.de“ für Werbezwecke zu verwenden. Das entschied jetzt der Bundesgerichtshof in Karlsruhe (Az: I ZR 277/03).
