Axel Springer übernimmt tv aktuell
Die Axel Springer AG aus Berlin hat die nachfolgenden Wort-/Bildmarken tv aktuell (Registernummer: 305 20 313 und 305 20 314) übernommen.
Die beiden bisher von einer Privatperson gehaltenen Marken genießen mit Priorität vom 07.04.2005 Schutz in den Nizzaklassen 09, 16, 35, 38, 40, 41, 42 und 45.
Die Übertragung wurde vom Deutschen Patent- und Markenamt in der 36. Kalenderwoche veröffentlicht.
