Die MIP METRO Group Intellectual Property GmbH & Co. KG aus Düsseldorf, innerhalb des Metro Konzerns zuständig für die gewerblichen Schutzrechte hat Marken der Tengelmann Warenhandelsgesellschaft KG übernommen.
Die Übertragung der Marken wurde vom DPMA in der 24. Kalenderwoche veröffentlicht.
