AUDI gewinnt Umlautdomains

Vor dem Schiedsgericht der WIPO hat die AUDI AG aus Ingolstadt die Umlautdomains audi-händler.com, audi-münchen.com, audi-zubehör.com und audizubehör.com eingeklagt.

AUDI konnte im Verfahren die Markenrechte an den Bezeichnungen “AUDI” und “AUDI ORIGINAL ZUBEHÖR” nachweisen.

Der Domaininhaber aus der Türkei gab im Verfahren keine Stellungnahme ab.

Das Schiedsgericht ordnete die Übertragung der Domains an.
