Die bekannte Band Pearl Jam hat vor dem Schiedsgericht des National Arbitration Forums NAF die Domain pearljams.com eingeklagt.

Die Musiker konnten auf Basis ihres bereits seit 1995 bestehenden Markenrechtes an der Bezeichnung PEARL JAM die Übertragung der Domain erwirken.
Der koreanische Inhaber der Domain gab im Verfahren keinerlei Stellungnahme ab.
