STOPZILLA stoppt Tippfehlerdomain

Auf Basis seiner STOPZILLA Marke konnte International Software Systems Solutions, Inc. vor dem Schiedsgericht des National Arbiration Forums (NAF) die Übertragung der Domain stopzila.com erreichen.
Der Domaininhaber Whois Privacy inc. mit Sitz auf den Cayman Islands konnte keine legitimen rechte an der Tippfehlerdomain nachweisen.
Das Schiedspanel ordnete daher die Übertragung der Domain auf den Markeninhaber an.
