Daher klagte die International Organization for Standardization ISO aus Genf gegen den amerikanischen Inhaber der Domainnamen iso1stop.com und iso9000commerce.com vor dem Schiedsgericht der WIPO.
Auch auf Basis der bereits seit 1953, seinerzeit in der Schweiz, erstmals registrierten Marke wurde die Übertragung der Domains angeordnet.
