Neben dem 86 Domainverfahren beim NAF wurde heute auch von der WIPO ein noch umfangreicheres Verfahren entschieden, berichtet muepe.

Hachette Filipacchi Presse v. Vanilla Limited/Vanilla Inc/Domain Finance Ltd., WIPO Case No. D2005-0587. Das Panel ordnete die Übertragung aller Domainnamen mit Ausnahme der Domain naturelle.com an.
