Google scheitert im ADR-Verfahren um googles.eu

Weil der Nachweis fehlte, dass die beschwerdeführende Google Ireland Tochterunternehmen oder Lizenznehmerin der Markeninhaberin Google Inc. ist, wurde der Anspruch auf die Domain googles.eu vom Prager Arbitration Center for .EU Disputes zurückgewiesen.
