Brexit – die Marke ist schon da

Am 23. Juni wird in Großbritannien über den “Brexit” abgestimmt.
Im Markenregister des Intellectual Property Office ist der Bexit jedoch schon Realität.

Am 10. März 2015 wurde die Wortmarke “BREXIT” angemeldet und am 09. Oktober 2015 eingetragen.

Geschützt sind Waren in den Klassen 09, 21 und 25, sowie Dienstleistungen in der Klasse 35.

9 Cases, holders and carriers adapted for mobile phones, computers; laptop computers, personal communications devices, tablet computers and cameras; cases adapted for electronic equipment; parts and fittings for all the aforesaid goods.
21 Articles made of ceramics, glass, porcelain or earthenware which are not included in other classes; cups and mugs; crockery; parts and fittings for all the aforesaid goods.
25 Clothing; footwear; headgear; belts.
