Go Yellow hat laut Financial Times Deutschland beim Deutschen Marken- und Patentamt die sofortige Löschung des Schutzes für vier Yello-Strom-Marken beantragt.

[…] Der Bericht wertet den Schritt des Internetdienstleisters als Retourkutsche für einen Markenrechtsprozess, den das Stromunternehmen angestrengt hatte.

ThyssenKrupp übernimmt Marken von National Steel

Die ThyssenKrupp Steel AG aus Duisburg hat zwei Marken der National Steel Corporation aus Pittsburgh übernommen.
